Do not shop for food when you’re feeling hungry. You’ll be a lot more tempted to purchase the foods that increase your blood-sugars and add on weight and usually produce a higher chance of moving from your pre-diabetes state into becoming a fully diagnosed Type II diabetic.

Doing these and other easy actions can decrease your chance of turning pre-diabetes into Type 2 diabetes.
